      This company could be a great place to work ,if they replace the top management . This company has a lot of promise .

      Cons

      Management is the problem, they do not know what to do in terms of hiring the right people for the job. They need to replace them and get people that can get the job done.

      Company buys lunch every Wednesday.

      Cons

      They hold back secrets that affect job performance and status. Supervisors aren't straight up. Co-workers sleep on the job.

      Attempting to created family culture and a fun workplace. Wonderful west coast style offices. Meals and snacks provided for employees.

      Cons

      Cutting employees due to funding. No notice, just asking employees to clean out desk first thing in the morning and leave immediately. infighting between managers for power.
