Cons
This company treats their employees like dirt. Don't try to file for unemployment for this company, because they will deny you every time and fight you every step of the way. They promise you that you would have an opportunity to move up in the company, and then hire someone from outside the company to fill the position you spent years waiting and training for. The upper management all talk to you like you're a child, and they expect you to be able to run the entire facility by yourself and your pay will NEVER reflect it. The facility management has no idea what they are doing, and let the busybody cashiers run the place instead of hiring competent workers. The company lets illegal activities go on at their establishment without disciplining their workers. You are nothing but a number, and you can never make this job a career unless you are already working in their corporate office.
