-cool, innovative product -opportunity to make an impact on large enterprise use cases

- unattainable quotas - no sales coaching or investment in career development -CEO & COO would randomly add themselves to calls and take over opportunities, which was extremely disempowering - couldn't make any decisions or give pricing without management approval. Massive bottleneck when trying to move a deal along - terrible company culture
