Pros

no pros this place is ran by criminals

Cons

management are ran by uneducated individuals who barely have high school degrees. The turnover is extremely high they need to hire weekly. Just apply and see how quickly you are contacted.

Pros

Great people to work for, fun place to work, solid product.

Cons

The approach to marketing is a snatch and grab approach that is highly counterproductive. It does not involve warm leads, as promised. Customers are screened while signing up for a raffle for a yeti cooler. The spin the wheel to win a free vacation gives an impression of false promises. It is like pulling teeth to get people to come to the tour. It sets off all the warning bells that are associated with timeshare, then they come out of the tour relieved. Definitely under-promises and over delivers, which makes the reps job so much more difficult than it should be.

Pros

You got paid a lot when working cool events when they first started this company

Cons

They cut the pay and you have to consistently deal with rude customers.
