Avoid! Shady company

Pros

You can work your own hours..so long as they have hours to give. It changes every week- they are disorganized.

Cons

One manage will tell you one thing while another is trolling you from behind documenting your every move. Very shady company. Take your efforts else where- not worth it. Every company they contract ends up getting upset so you are never sure if you will have a job or not. AVOID AVOID!

You notice the positive reviews were all written within a few days of each other, the place is a joke and the people working there are worse.

Toxic as can be

Pros

The product is okay, It does well moderating customer accounts.

Cons

Teams are toxic. Tech stack is old and full of bugs, also exposing customer data. Customer security is the last of their worries. They make people share rooms during team get togethers. Pretty cheap company.
