I can't say much to the pros, only the idea of the project is great
Cons
The way of working is not structured, each person does his job as he thinks is best. Business requirements are not clear and this complicates the implementation phase and testing phase. There is no UX designer to think about the application on the user experience. The suggestions made by the testing team regarding the user experience when using the application are not taken into account. My mistake was that I did not say that the promises made at the interview or at the signing of the contract should be written in the contract, and that promises remained only promises. Scrum meeting are too long (an hour for 4 people that speak in that meeting) - they want to update each ticket status in exel.
