Long Hours; Toxic Environment

Pros

you will learn a lot and do tasks beyond your role due to lack of manpower

Cons

work long hours (9 hours on weekdays and 3 hours on Saturday), 24/7 have to answer calls and requests (they will be mad pa and reprimand you for not answering their calls even after working hours and/or during holidays), toxic family culture environment (always have something to say about you and your personal life even if you're doing great at your job), office politics, you have to continuously follow up pa to get the perks and reimbursements, depends on the supervisor if you can overtime, lack of manpower, and lack of equipment.
