      - Great people - Supportive Management - Fun working environment

      Cons

      - Churn and burn policy through many employees that come in. - Very sales orientated and aggressive in nature. - Lack of development and development for new recruits.

      Great Place for Hard-Core Salespeople

      Pros

      Robert Half in Sydney is a great place to work if you're young, very social, and have a great attitude toward sales. If you're purely focused on performance and capability, you'll find a place here.

      Cons

      Newcomers would have difficulty fitting in to established cliques and routines. If you're not a big drinker, it's also hard to socialise. Non-sales employees are also often second-class, and senior management makes that quite clear.
