Pros

Great benefits & pays well Smart, hard working people Exciting environment & great products

Cons

Owners and the culture they create - you must agree or you risk being fired on the spot. Certainly never will be promoted if you disagree or argue with them - and they tell you that straight out. So everyone does what they think the owners want, and no one will tell them if they disagrees with their decisions. No one has any real power except the owners and the owners are constantly saying how they know the company will fall apart when they die - says they have a lot of faith in their executive staff, doesn't it? Unreasonable timelines - fast-paced is one thing, but this is ridiculous. Most folks don't last more than a year here. You either are fired or you move on before you burn out.

Pros

Great brands. If you end up working for the right department there, you can secure a great job with great benefits and a decent work life balance. If you have children, it makes it easier to set those boundaries then if you are single. The company is involved in many wonderful philanthropic initiatives.

Cons

If you do not end up in the right department, you could end up burning the midnight oil for your entire stay. Set clear boundaries. The company is involved in many wonderful philanthropic initiatives, although their involvement is not altruistic. Roll is a sunny place for shady people.
