There are no positives here

Cons

Run by people who have no idea what they are doing. They penalise staff for hitting targets by raising the targets and lowering the commission percentage. Also moving from being paid at 80% of target to 100% and often dependent upon others achieving goals too.

Country setting - Very different from London Friendly environment initially

Cons

Office too hot in summer, too cold in winter. Sales targets unrealistic Ridiculous staff turnover, Staff are looking for a way out as soon as they arrive No flexible Working No sick pay 20 days Holiday just a horrible working environment
