I have never worked anywhere that treat staff so poorly. It took such a turn for the worse when new senior management took over. I appreciate companies change but a culture of fear runs through this firm now. Senior managers and partners are scared to say anything, even the equity partners are scared of the managing partner, apart from one. In our department we were always wanting to make sure that the service our team delivered was personal and of the highest quality. The people now in charge wanted a stack them high and sell them (no not cheap) expensive. It’s all about money. All you have to do is look at the other reviews on here in the last year. Look at the staff that have left the company, all the managers that were nice have either left or looking to leave, even leaving during an economic downturn. We aren’t talking one or two, what does that tell you about a workplace? I hope this review helps people. If just one person reads this and decides not to apply for a job or thinks hard about a job offer. No one should have to experience the pain and humiliation of having to work at SAS Daniels.

When the Covid-19 outbreak started, staff at SAS Daniels were made to work in the office. Many people were really scared but when asked about working from home were told the company were following government guidance. They were quite nasty about it as well, a lot of people phoned in sick. SAS Daniels then got rid of a lot of staff and the staff were not told why they were not furloughed. I asked why I hadn’t been furloughed, I didn’t get an answer. I had not been at the company a long time, but they should have told me why I was not furloughed. Other people I have told me it was all down to money. If you get offered a job at SAS Daniels, be careful, they are not a nice company and I wish I had read other reviews about them.
