Pros

Laid back environment. Decent wage. Great health benefits. Great family that owns the company. Friendly and helpful co-workers.

Cons

Lacks organization and upper management will shoot new ideas from the hip, then not give plans enough time to unfold in a solid business plan. Then it fails.. Cube farm--- Pressure in religious influence. Little room for highly educated professionals to hire in.

Pros

I would not advise taking a freelance position or a full time opportunity here. I agree with a previous comment. If you work here watch your overtime hours in the office environment. I also found processes and technology used for learning very out of date.

Cons

I did meet a couple people who were sincere, but overall it didn't seem like a business environment. The older people with seniority are still trying to run projects like they did 20 years ago. They are not open to fresh new ideas. Everything does have to be there way. I can only imagine how successful this company could be if they truly implemented critical thinking for innovation. But like always, I am sure they will take offense to this comment instead of positive feedback. I was told it was a full time position, only to find out I was mainly filling in for someone out on maternity leave. I am glad that the unemployment office was able to see through the unethical practices of this company. I do know that they wouldn't even let a human resource representative implement a simple employee handbook. What does that tell you? This is factual information. I am writing this review for people know up front what kind of company this is from a new employee perspective who has worked at other companies with fifteen years of business experience.

Pros

Good Benefits and some nice co-workers.

Cons

The two men who run the company are by far the core problem with this company. The president is an accountant who has no idea what he is talking about when it comes to sales, marketing or any of the other department he micro manages. The other guy put down employees behind closed doors. Completely unprofessional.
