Think twice before joining here, might be your life's costliest mistake!!!!!
Pros
The only pro you will get is the visibility to global team by some of the activities you undertake in India.
Cons
1) Top management does not care 2) Very less salary - Pittance is the right word. 3) Inhuman treatment of Employees 4) Extended working hours - They will look at you with an awkward eye if you log out on time after 8 hours, even after logging in on time. 5) Overloaded work - more than one employee can complete 6) Target setting are hazy and they will find creative ways to mark you less during appraisals to not pay bonuses. 7) Trainees will have a 3 year bond which can't be broken. They will negotiate cheap and will follow you like bloodhounds if you break it. 8) Will completely point the fingers at you even if the mistake is from the boss. Be ready to carry others dirt. 9) Favoritism in the team is so much that the credit for your work will be lifted and passed on just like that to the boss's favorite right under your nose without even giving two hoots about you. 10) Never expect to be praised, but definitely expect your most minutest mistakes to be pointed out. Attention to details *exists*. 11) Growth trajectory is virtually non existent. If you learn to lick the *coughs* maybe? 12) Hikes? Lol. Definitely not a company if you have a habit of speaking up. Egos will flare from the bosses, if you question them or try to correct their mistakes. They consider it their prerogative to overload employees and not consider the employees magnanimity in extending working hours. Unachievable tasks which are nothing but a criminal waste of your time with unrealistic delivery timelines resulted by the unholy matrimony of ego and cost cutting .
