Small branch run by men with empty skulls and fragile egos

Pros

Easy to get hired: President has no idea what skills are required for technical positions. For sales and marketing, just say you like football and he will regale you with stories of his high school glory days. You don't need any real skills to work here. If you've had difficulty elsewhere getting hired because you're a garbage human being or because you're really stupid, try your luck here - there's not even HR personnel. If you're an actual skilled worker and have a desire to see those skills deteriorate, this company would also be a good fit.

Cons

Sexual harassment, verbal abuse and offensive homophobic and racist language, threats of physical violence, unsafe working conditions, long work hours expected, low wages paid, bad habits encouraged if they save money

Pros

Office manager is great. Service guys are good, responsive. Service Manager is great. Solid product.

Cons

In my time at SIC, I experienced every negative comment from previous employee's. Narcissistic behavior, sexual harassment by management during the only product training I received, territory realignment without notice, inaccurate commission. Every document is in the shared drive, but access to the drive works maybe 40% of the time while remote. This was not a good fit for me so I left. Is there an opportunity to be successful at SIC? Sure I guess anything is possible. These are my experiences, not meant to take shots at SIC but only share my experience.
