Pros

I have seen myself grow with the guidance of every leaders and collaborative team member.Things that i learn from this organisation is to overcommunicate than just communicate. This is a technique of improving level of decision and getting people to synch up fast.Another key takeaway is to maximize the tech tools available such as Slack, trello, notion .etc..to improve micro task and process efficiency.

Cons

A lot of startup company focusing on boost sales and marketing first ,but one thing that i found is that there should be balance on every department resources .This to ensure that backend operation is ready and prepared when there is large volume of sales coming through.Suggestion is to extend Hubspot CRM functionality or build Single Source Of Truth ( SSOT) data using DOMO, metabase or any analytic tools to gather current real time input data , this include current OPEX, manpower availability, inventory stock level and sales leads.

Pros

A mission-driven culture to make a positive impact through sustainable renewable energy solutions. The team at SOLS Energy is not just a group of colleagues; it's a #impactmaker and supportive community working towards the same mission. The culture has evolved throughout the years and the camaraderie among the team members under the leadership of Teacher Raj makes for a positive and purpose-driven workplace.

Cons

The nature of the renewable energy sector means that things move quickly. While this can be invigorating, it may not be suitable for those who prefer a slower-paced work environment.
