Financially going through a rough patch

Not really much to say, I really enjoyed my time at Svea Solar.

Bad culture, solely focused on work, Bad work life

To fast decisions with no collaboration with the teams that needs to do the work. Departments need to work together more.

Unprofessional manager whos leadership was genuinly shocking. Constant no shows to meetings and micromanagement issues, a sense of entitlement and disregard of other colleagues time.

Lack of clarity in task divison and responsibility

Because we are in a hypergrowth phase, there are some growing pains, like all things isn't there in terms of organisational structure. Compared to where I have worked before, the benifits could improve a little bit but as I said, we still have some growing pains that I'm sure we will fix.
