Micromanaging at it's finest. Cameras everywhere. If you stop for a second they call you in the office. Your timed when you go to the restroom. You are pressured to work for well over 24 hours. If you don't your not a "team player". Your not considered "loyal". The turn over rate for a company that small is unreal. Leadership is not concerned about why that is. Everyone there is replaceable, regardless of what sacrifices are made. They are perfectly fine working everyone well past what is safe and legal. All that matters is lining their own pockets. When something does happen, a proper investigation is not completed. If you request the camera footage be reviewed, you are denied without reason. You are relieved of your duties without giving you an opportunity to tell your side of things. It doesn't matter that you were not the one at fault. What matters is the right person scaring the owner into believing if actions were not taken the company would be open to a law suit. If a proper investigation was completed, they would recognize the guilty party. There is no work life balance. Everyone is replaceable.
