      Pros

      Interesting business model, great network of beautiful homes, extremely high potential business. A lot of great employees and supportive home owners came in contact with them and wanted to work with them.

      Cons

      Founders lack entrepreneurial experience and have no knowledge of the industry. They reject industry experts due to their own arrogance. They make false promises to guests, home owners and employees alike. Salaries are not paid on time. One of the founders often gets drunk and behaves inappropriately with women, including harassing on social media. These are major reasons for poor employee reception.

I have learnt and done something new and exciting every single day while I was at there, picked up a tonne of new skills and learnt to execute with speed. The company has a true growth mindset, something which truly challenges it's employees and partners alike while inspiring creativity and innovation. The atmosphere in the office is like that of a closely bonded family, where work and fun are intertwined. The founders are extremely passionate, ambitious and open minded and treat all employees as friends and advisors. Working in SaffronStays has honed my own execution skills, brought me in contact with incredible people and even ignited an entrepreneurial spark. In a matter of just 3 years, SaffronStays has come to be the category leader in quality hospitality for unforgettable Vacation Homes.

      Being a high-growth hospitality startup, the demands on productivity, efficiency, creativity and work ethic are high and are displayed by everyone who works at SaffronStays. This can get overwhelming for a lot of new people. Those who come prepared with a will to learn and execute, will flourish here.
