      * Competitive salary and good benefits package. * Various sports clubs and an annual company trip. * A young and dynamic working environment with many events and team-building activities. * A learning and development fund to support employees’ growth

      * Too many rules and policies imposed on employees. * I worked with a Solutions Architect (SA), but they were not very dedicated or professional in their work. * Some people tend to be arrogant and stubborn, always believing that they are right. * Low social insurance contribution base. * Career progression is not prioritized as highly as the company’s financial performance.

They often introduce developers with fake hands-on experience—one of their strategies to undercut competitors in the market. This has sparked major controversy among employees. Some individuals who sought opportunities at this company ended up signing subcontractor agreements. If the client loses interest in them, they are let go, leaving them with unstable lives and no backup plan.
