Pros

They give you the freedom to define your own KRA and you learn a lot about DEI and HR through them. There are also a lot of opportunities to take on other roles

Cons

The people who work there do not know how to behave properly and really take advantage of the rules. They make working super hard and anyone who tries to make a difference or rise up is pull back down because they all have crab mentality. And although they say they are a family, they dont treat you like it (except when you are leaving)
