Very talented group of people that work hard to produce quality work. You will learn alot working at Scharp. Management providing plenty of events for learning and socializing.

The Scharp team really feels like a family and management treat their staff very well. Work life balance is the best I have ever experienced with strong HR policies that benefit employees. I felt that I was paid well and my contribution valued. There is a social committee that put on events to recognize the efforts staff put in and an hour over lunchtime is mandatory, which all adds to the overall positive vibe of the agency.
Cons
As with any business, there are periods of quietness. This does, however allow time to reflect on best practice and provide training to the team.
