      Cons

      This company is a sinking boat. Upper management don’t know what they’re doing. They are trying to save money by letting go of a lot of people who are very well-qualified and leaving unqualified people to lead this company.They are losing customers their production quality has been going down and they are facing financial problems. If you are looking for instability then this is NOT the right company to work for. Since they lunched the new system IFS they have been losing money and time.

      Pros

      One of the main advantages of the workload was its simplicity, making tasks easy to complete with minimal effort. Since the work was straightforward, it required little time to understand or execute, reducing stress and allowing for better time management. The ease of the workload also meant that tasks could be finished quickly, leaving room for other responsibilities or personal activities. This made the experience less demanding and more manageable overall.

      Cons

      However, despite being easy, the sheer volume of tasks made the workload overwhelming. The repetitive nature of the work led to monotony, making it unengaging and potentially draining. Even though the tasks were not difficult, their high quantity could still cause exhaustion and reduce overall motivation. The lack of variety further contributed to a sense of stagnation, making the work feel tedious over time.
