Staff who take advantage of a persons good nature/work ethic and expect to be paid for doing very little whilst seeing their colleagues carry/pick up their work.
Due to the nature of the funding it can mean some roles are linked to funding meaning roles are short/fixed term, this is always made clear at the outset.
A review of staff benefits would be good but accept organisations have to manage their costs. Like most charities resources are tight so workload can feel intense, however, others are understanding.
The organisation should promote the work it does and celebrate its success, this could be improved.
