      Choose your own shifts Seems to be lots of shifts to choose from Easy to get into

      Cons

      The management treat you like you are less than. They’re condescending and also just pick and choose who they give shifts to with no transparent reasons. They gatekeep the “good” shifts or tell you they’re full. It’s not a good or fair system for getting work at all.
