This is a great place to learn two things: - How to work with Aerospace parts - Learn how to not lead a company The people you work with are alright and it's a great place to get training before applying to Boeing.
Cons
While they do have a great starting system for people to learn the job, the Management team cares very little if at all for the employees or the community at large. By showing indisputable signs of favoritism, raises that even illegal immigrant workers would be upset with, and just a general nature of showing no appreciation to its employees. They sit you down for a review and have no idea about your personal performance if you ask for numbers. If you're on the night shift, you can forget about ever being noticed or recognized. Remember, use this place as a foothold into the aerospace industry but this is definitely not a career opportunity.
