      Amazing Starter Job for College Students

      Pros

      The work hours are very flexible for college students, they're very understanding about classes and new class schedules. The staff, as well as the supervisors and other higher-ups, are extremely kind and welcoming. Occasional raises if one's performance excels over time.

      Cons

      You must always be alert, with little to no time to rest or sit down.

      You can get the experience you need

      Cons

      The upper management will micromanage everything that you do. They will nitpick and act like they know everything. The training videos are useless as they don't teach you how to control the students. There seems to be a lot of gossips among the upper management about the workers. The kids don't even want to be in after-school, they don't pay attention and are always running around. It's like the workers are there to babysit these little kids whose parents can't take care of their kids.
