No structure, no career growth. Abusive and manipulative management, they’ll disguise it as “hard work.” You will be screamed at, insulted and called out of your name on a daily basis. You’re FORCED to work beyond your hours every day with NO additional pay. With no exaggeration, this place is absolutely horrible. They should be shut down for the way they treat employees. If they offer you a job the best thing you could do is look the other way. Not that they pay much but no amount of money is worth what you’ll have to endure here.

Product too expensive and not relevant for most designers. Hospitality only. Toxic company culture. PTSD. therapy will be needed.
