Good Startup but low salaires

International Environment , Bonuses, Excellent communication, Growth, English spoken, Top Managers excellent communication and vision. Feedback on performances.Great Company Culture.

Cons

Salaries are too low compared to the market, some former colleagues were underpaid, many good employees have left Singulart because of that, they are growing fast but the salaries does not translate to their market growth. Not outdoors or indoor activities as other Startups , this is more hard work focus Startup since you have a lot of tasks to do, even working sometimes on Saturdays. Some were leaving at 19h. -Perks( Food, transportation ) should be distributed to everybody as most startups not to a specific employees.

They used to be honorable.

Cons

They exploit artists by charging them monthly subscription as well as 50 per cent commission! I am an artist that has sold work on their site and currently have over 500 pieces online, yet they are threatening to pull the plug and remove all my images if I don't comply to one of their new mandatory" subscription plans" . They now want to charge me $149..99/month and 50 per cent commission for services I previously received for free! After years of expending time and energy to build my portfolio on there site...this is what they do to the artists they supposedly care about? Forget that ! Ill stick to Saatchi and other sites that at least give artists an even break.

1. Friendly teammates 2. Diversity included 3. Out of work entertainment are well planned and well budgeted.

Cons

1. Poor Salary 2. Immature top management 3. No transparency in level up/ promotion 4. Extreme workload 5. No scope of future growth for talented people 6. Hiring rules aren't transparent either. 7. Doesn't evaluate achievement and keep falsifying the goal/target. 8. Overall not a place for ambitious/talented people although the company had a bright future ahead and they spoilt it by their own lack of vision.
