      Pros

      If your sick of having people at work trust you and not micro manage you then please join lmao. For guys that been through NS think about being scolded by superiors but in this company case it happens daily as a "gift" from the boss.

      Cons

      No benefits, Degraded everyday Hourly Check in on work done Politics Having the boss use one of his sales to constantly look at your monitor to check what your doing and report it if you take a 2 min break to drink water and go bathroom.

      Boss is rude towards his own employees. Always yell n bang the desk whenever got meeting. Love to ask his staffs to report to him on hourly basis.

      Full of politics, lousy boss like child care centre. Every hours need to report and simply deduct money. If you dont know how to do business then please shut the business down. Wasting time job.
