      Culture and autonomy stand out as top differentiators for Skedda. You're respected as an individual while also encouraged to participate in, and contribute to, the team in ways that bring out the best you have to offer. While there is never any undue pressure placed on teammates to deliver on unreasonable deadlines, the team always seems to operate incredibly efficiently, with productive results! Overall, a great place to work, with great people, a great product, and an exciting future ahead.

      Cons

      I can't think of anything significant that could be improved! Every company has its 'quirks', but Skedda has been a pleasure to work with during my time here.

      Super friendly culture, everyone is happy to help anytime, great internal resources. The product is continually developing so work is varied and interesting.

      Cons

      Since the team is spread out all around the world, it is a bit hard finding time to stay connected to everyone.
