Plenty of opportunity if your proactive and exciting work
Pros
A very professional environment, but also fun and exciting. A new initiative, campaign or product is always around the corner. Sky is always expanding and Sky Creative is expanding with it. Sky is huge and you will definitely feel it, hence the tens of thousands of people who work there. Plenty of opportunities although you have to be strategic and actively put yourself forward. The campus is great and always changing and hosting random events. Perks are second to none with free Sky and discounts on other products and services.
Cons
It's a big organisation with a lot of designers and creatives so expect competition for opportunities and promotions. It's not dog-eat-dog though, still a friendly atmosphere. Busy periods and complex campaigns can lead to heavy workloads and long hours. Salary for Junior position perhaps lower than average but apparently there are bonuses (I haven't received one to date after 10 months) and other perks offset the wage deficit.
