Pros

None. Since Quindell and s&g became involved it’s got worse and worse

Cons

All experienced managers left or pushed out of the business over the last few years leaving a “management team” and “CEO” who regard themselves as the dream team which when you look at the last few years results and loss/lack of referral sources proves the dream is actually a nightmare. HR are ineffectual and act only in the interest of management and not the staff. The future is grim and there can only be one outcome which I have no doubt will happen shortly

Pros

Nothing good about this company other than you meet new people

Cons

Poor management from the CEO all the way down to team leaders Working hours are a joke, sometimes you get 4 long shifts then a silly 4 hour shift so there is no point you coming in. Team that manage the rota are morons, they have a system that does their work for them and they just have to rectify the errors and they still can't do their jobs! Parking is horrendous, you have a 5-10 min walk. HR don't have any idea how to deal with staff, they mess up overtime pay constantly, refuse to carry over or pay you for your holidays if you haven't had chance to take them and they (along with the managers) put you on a written warning for being off sick once. Customer journey is ridiculous, nobody gets treated with respect because the teams are so demoralised by the managers they just don't want to do their work. Since Quindell were bought out by Slater Gordon who are Australian solicitors, the company has become an ambulance chaser business, focusing on PI claims. Pay is minimum wage, similar position elsewhere pays £17,000 minimum Feels like a prison

Pros

It's a job that pays money. Excellent work colleagues.

Cons

Opportunities only given to people in 'The Clique'. Promises of promoting within don't happen. I'm external managers taken on instead of promoting Senior Agents who are more than qualified for the job. Once you are employed, you are just a number. Unrealistic targets constantly pushed by Managers who don't fully understand their own job role. Incredibly high staff turnover. Low & inconsistent salary structure. Lack of support for new starters. Poor training from incapable coaches. Very negative atmosphere. Poor communication from management to staff.
