      Pros

      Best Price, best training aircraft in the market

      Cons

      The owners are unprofessional. They change company policy wildly on a whim. They basically want you to suck up to them and never question anything and if you do have the guts to stick up for yourself or question there sometimes heavy handed or questionable policies, they just fire you on the spot because they have a long line of graduated students to take your spot. And the changes they make policy wise never benefit the employees. It only flows one way.

      Pros

      Great CFI's and the company was expanding and improving to be the best. The Co-CEO's are great guys who listen and take care of their staff and know the world of Aviation quiet well. The Academy is well planed and will have you where you want to be in less than 9 months if you put your mind to it.

      Cons

      -Impacted with CFI's -No Variety in Fleet -Very little to no IMC flight training due to fleet
