This is due to the CEO just wanting people to work on a lot of tasks without having a sense of boundaries between when is work and when is time for a more personal life balance
- Mostly, you will be asked to work on weekends, the regular day work is already long, and add to those extra weekends that you are expected to work on as well
- The long hours of work don't compensate well for other WLB work benefits
