Regarding compensation, we almost always pay at the level defined for the role, and in many cases offer higher pay for those who contribute significantly beyond expectations. Finally, based on your feedback about meetings, we are unclear if it refers to us—our current challenge is actually over-meetings, not under-meetings, and we are actively working to improve efficiency and clarity in this area.
