      Pros

      Amazing place to work, making sure the code is the best it can be before it is shipped is top priority, we would rather take longer to deliver and deliver something better and more extendable then rush and have issue later. Teams and management are fantastic everyone wants to help and learn I never want to leave.

      Cons

      Really done have any, it is such a great place to work and grow and share knowledge.

      Solid codebase, solid compensation, great team atmosphere, many opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      Don't believe immediately when you hear that you're getting a pay rise. Expect it to be delayed for months :)

      Hello! Martin, Director of Talent back again! :) Thanks a lot for the review and it is nice to see our codebase, compensation and team atmosphere are all making Smart a Great Place to Work. In regards to the pay rise, clearly it would be wrong of me to discuss that on an open forum such as Glassdoor, but as a business, we have kept everyone up to date and clearly communicated with our teams every step of the way about these.
