      Pros

      Great mission to help the homebound senior, mission is not achieved.

      Cons

      Negative environment. Questionable care of patients. Owner is like working for Dr. Jekyll and Hyde. Makes a lot of promises and then penalizes everyone for her poor decisions. Really tense and unpleasant environment. No medical benefits. No growth potential. No reason to stay, work culture is demeaning and unrealistic.

      Pros

      Mission of helping seniors with their dental care is important.

      Cons

      No room for growth, owner is hyper controlling and very negative; does not know how to manage staff. High staff turnover. Owner is very greedy and does not have the best interest of her customers (seniors) at heart, just getting the schedule full and hitting company production. Employees very unhappy there.

      Extremely rewarding we can help patients who can not get out to a dentist, great boss and team of Doctors and co-workers to work with. Insurance benefits, retirement package, and company outtings for a show of appreciation.
