Pros
Good learning opportunities Management is accessible Laid back company culture Free lunches if company numbers are met Fun, kind of random work trips locally Awesome Christmas parties Manager has a good sense of humor
Cons
Horrible base pay Inaccurate job description of roles (they say you can work hybrid after initial training but that's not true, its if you meet their numbers) You have to pay to park there, essentially paying to go to work There is a culture of quantity over quality Rules can sometimes be arbitrary Goals can be unrealistic to an entry level person

Excellent place to work, lots of teamwork and camaraderie, positive reinforcement, and significant earnings potential.
Cons
It can take a while to learn the business and start earning commissions, so patience and persistence are important. If you're just looking for a quick buck, it may not be the right place.
