- Output focused 'definitions of done', leading to occasional long hours, - Variability in project & account management styles, particularly between sectors, - Growing company building its internal systems and management processes

Pros

- Lots of responsibility and trust to make business decisions, - Technical strategy group that collaborates with the BD & technical team, - Yearly performance (individual & company) bonus, - CEO that genuinely cares about all staff, - Friendly staff that socialise in the Oxford area, - Feedom to persue sceintific development through events and training opportunities, - No weekend work culture, - 37.5 hr work week (self-reported), - Remote working comapny therefore can work anywhere in UK.

Cons

- No salary negotiation at apprisal (raises are BoD decision), - Standard class train ticket allowance when travelling for work (and trains encouraged), - Small travel evening meal expense allowance (£20 limit with overnight stay), - Mostly remote working staff therefore less in-person time with colleagues.
