It's lead by a group of boys on the leadership team. Basically a bunch of white guys who hide behind lawyers and answer to what ever the board says. The could careless about helping programs raise money (20% fee for fundraising?) Their middle managers think they are in a frat and blast music with the N word in it at 9am sales calls.
