      Pros

      Sokin is investing in its people and systems to achieve its global growth objectives. Onboarding as a new employee was easy with comprehensive training and support from day 1. The culture is great, with people located in a number of locations around the world, everyone still feels very close and accessible.

      Pros

      Great group of people, fast-paced start up so there is never a dull day. It's satisfying of being part of something in the early stages of global growth and helping lay those foundations for scale. A great company with lot's of potential for growth and upskilling.

      Cons

      Forced isolation by timezone restraints, but this will go away as the team scales across regions.

      Hire and Fire: Value short term goals and toxic work culture

      Decent pay, Good benefits, Work life balance is good, nice coworkers(most of them)

      Cons

      Hire from big companies are fire within 3 to 5 months. Mostly in the engineering org and happened multiple times. Being teacher's pet is more important than delivering impactful projects. Some senior employees are so unprofessional and use harsh languages when you question their inconsistencies.
