      Every quarter every employee gets a check for half of the profit. Checks vary but do come

      Cons

      Very poor management. Jobs are always overloaded with labor and material is never ready at the jobs. I had to provide my own canopy for protection from the searing sun

      Decent incentives/compensation and opportunities for growth

      Cons

      Communication skills between office and field frequently fall short. It is hard, grueling work, so it can feel frustrating at times (often), but turnover is high in solar and I have yet to hear about a paradise workplace.
