      - stable job with hmo - immediate supervisors are easy to work with

      Cons

      - on-site work that can be done at home - shared living spaces and bed spaces with your workmates on a single apartment on-site, - management not open for wfh setup even if work processes can be done anywhere - monotonous work load

      - poor management - no system at all - worst company i've ever been - they've contributed alot with my mental health. Caused me chronic stress. - CEO and COO amd Project Managers are not people person they dont care about their employees as long as you get the job done. - very high attrition rate. almost, i mean, 80% of everyone you meet are new employees. they cannot even last 6 months in this company. - they have multiple records in DOLE
