      Struggling to get out of old technology.

      Some very good and smart people work there.

      Cons

      If you're not on the in with leaders, watch your back. The amount of politics reminded me of a frat house, as did the culture. Sr. Leadership cared about 1 thing only, and it wasn't the customers nor employees.
