I have worked in SolarWinds previously, and came back after 4 years. Lot has changed in the meantime, it feels the company has plans again and some long term goals. We have great perks like lunch on wednesdays, quite big budget for learning, constant integration events, a 3D Printer that anyone can use for free in the office. Great work-life balance and culture, it really feels like a company where you are taken care of.
Cons
Some people are not the most competent in upper management and setting business goals for products.

Turn river put a death sentence on this company when they bought us. Welcome to the world of price gouging. Upper management and corporate are blind with dollar signs and don't give a crap about the customer. I give it 3-5 years before SolarWinds is irrelevant after Turn River milks them dry and spits them out

Pretty standard corporate company. Good benefits, nice office.
Cons
Normal stuff that is a con of working a desk job. Upper management making bad decisions, a lot of turnover without backfilling. Definitely not the worst though.
