      I really enjoy working at Solve Education! One of the things I value most is the open culture where everyone can share ideas freely without being judged. Whenever I don’t understand something, I always get guidance and support, the team works together to help each other. It’s a very collaborative environment where learning is encouraged, and mistakes are treated as opportunities to grow rather than something negative.
