      A team of fast, thoughtful and forward thinking individuals. Great work-life flexibility and areas for career development should you seize the opportunities.

      Cons

      Ambiguous playing field and a very loose framework to operate in. This may be challenging for some people but not for the seasoned start-up/scale-up hustler or freshie with go-getter attitude.
