      It was a good opportunity to use SEO and understand how it works, very grateful for it.

      Cons

      The main person didn't know exactly what she wanted so it was hard trying to figure out how to do some of the things

      Pros

      The work is easy and can be done from home, with little to no supervision. You get to work on different projects, and probably get exposed to many different aspects of a business who's still in the early development process.

      Cons

      The founder/ manager does not have a good relationship with its volunteers/ interns. All the work you do to add credit and value to the organization, will not be appreciated (in the end). Know that it's all about what you can do for Speranza, rather than what Speranza can do for you. Again I say, there is no appreciation whatsoever.

      We are sorry you did not feel appreciated. We appreciate and love all of our volunteers as Speranza is 100% volunteer led and we all tirelessly volunteer our time toward our cause. No credit goes to any one person in the organization. All of our diligent work is to benefit the women and children in crisis, as well as, our first responders, medical teams, and project partners.
