Pros

The culture seems to be good, but not values. Your values diverge and follow different directions, which depends on Spirians background. Nice office.

Cons

Equitability and equality are merely slogans for the majority of Spirians. For some Spirians in the same workplace, hurting specific individuals is as easy as drinking water. For certain specific Spirian, it's a jungle out there to survive without the support of the majority. This issue extends beyond the managers to the entire team. When failure occurs, they seek a "bouc émissaire" – a Spirian who is blamed or punished for the mistakes of others. They are even capable of creating an elaborate conspiracy and fabricating wonderful fiction about an innocent person. Nobody can prevent intolerance in the workplace. Poor communication is slowing down your team.

Pros

Remote work offers a pleasant environment and flexibility. While there are opportunities available, they are not accessible to everyone.

Cons

The management team appears to be unapproachable, and there seems to be a lack of active listening on their part. Additionally, some project managers have made questionable decisions. There is one project manager in particular who tends to dominate discussions, and despite their poor decisions, they continue to have influence. This may be because some managers are more concerned with protecting their own interests rather than addressing these issues. How can an employee who started from scratch become a senior in less than five years only?! Seniority should be based on experience and consistent practices, not just time served and the support of others who protect you despite your mistakes: I am here for you. I will defend you. I will support you. I will look after you. I'll watch over you. For some bosses, seniority has two weights and is out of the ordinary with their practices.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. Please note that our approach to decision-making is based not only on facts but also on company values such as integrity. We always combine both our values and facts to make decisions humanely. We also encourage everyone to speak up when they are in disagreement with decisions or fear a colleague isn't making the right choice. This can be done anonymously, through their manager, and even directly to the CEO, as many people do. Our approach to career growth is not only based on years of experience in a role. We take into consideration a multitude of precisely detailed factors. Our transparent salary grid is one of the many ways we implement fair and transparent salary policies. Know that our door remains open if you want to share more feedback with the team about your unique situation.

Pros

The new office is nice. Remote work is available. Sometimes, free food is provided. There is a SPOC channel!!!

Cons

***** The CEO Stephane Rouleau has failed many times as well as the Vice President, Business Development Nick Murray and more. ***** Lack of ethical standards, decisions may be driven solely by outcomes, potentially ignoring fairness or responsibility. Unstable work environment, without guiding values, priorities may shift frequently based on short-term gains. Low employee morale – A values-free culture can make employees feel replaceable or disconnected. Reputation risk – A purely pragmatic image may harm trust with employees, clients, partners, or potential hires. That said, every professional understands that pragmatism is essential for survival in any company. However, when pragmatism comes at the complete expense of ethics, values, and principles, it can create long-term risks.

Hello to you ! We’re truly sorry your time at Spiria left you with this impression. We know we’re not perfect, and we understand that not everyone will agree with every decision or leadership choice. That’s fair. But the idea that Spiria operates without ethics or principles doesn’t reflect who we are. Integrity and care guide all our decisions, especially when it comes to long-term sustainability and the well-being of our teams. We’re navigating a fast-changing landscape, where evolving priorities are sometimes necessary to stay relevant in a rapidly shifting technological world, but our values remain constant, as does our commitment to growing with agility and purpose. If there’s anything more you'd like to share, our Culture and Talent team remains open to hearing from you, even if you are not an employee.
