This product and the business are doomed. 1st reason: non-existent technical talent and inexperienced and very stubborn founders (Backwards and very outdated management and processes.) 2nd: Fake-product market fit: There is no research, no data, and no validation for any of the decisions they have made, (this blew my mind) Huge red flag: there is nothing being tracked at this company and nothing is researched before it is done. 3rd: They fully believe and enforce: "Never design or build anything twice" -- so red flag to any designers here. UX does not exist at Spotlas. It’s just all round sad. Red flags everywhere.

Extremely poor management, no clear directions on tasks, condescending answers from superiors. Easily letting go of people without giving them much feedback and with no previous warnings.
