-Don't expect courses or lessons to teach you on Electric Vehicles or the charging solutions as you are expected to pick up on your own.
-Poor work-life balance with hard to meet deadlines, but that is expected of a small company
-High turnover rate especially in Singapore. Employees are leaving before 6 months.
-Serious micro-managing as you are expected log down what you did on a daily and weekly basis.
